product materials and production process
The aluminium profile of the thermal insulation bridge is made of 6063-T5/T6 aluminium alloy, with PA66 GF25 (containing 25% glass fibre) heat insulation strip, and some high-end products use polyurethane glue injection process.
Production process: aluminium ingot casting→ extrusion moulding→ ageing treatment→ threading/glue injection (precision control of heat insulation strip and aluminium profile compounding)→ CNC finishing→ surface treatment (anodising/fluorocarbon spraying)→ finished product testing (watertight/airtight/wind pressure test).
