    Principle of electrophoretic coating: Under the action of the electric field, charged paint particles (such as epoxy resin or acrylic resin) are evenly deposited on the surface of the aluminum to form a dense, highly adherent coating. The process includes: Degreasing → water washing → chemical oxidation → electrophoretic coating → baking and curing.
